I created this blog with the objective to share all the FAQs with regards to the MOM legislation. All the FAQs will consist of links to route you to the various government bodies / legislation for further information (and justification, in case your employees ask where do you get the information from, and never should it be coming from a blog!).
Do take note that when in doubt, do seek further clarifications from the various government bodies. Alternatively, do email me and if there are any fault on the answers provided, I will rectify as soon as possible.
Further. all the HR Cases shared here are for discussion purposes and might not reflect any actual situation faced by myself.
