In order to be eligible for Paternity Leave, you will have to be:
- Lawfully married (or had been) between conception and child birth
- Child is a Singaporean
- Worked for your employer for a continuous period of at least 3 months
At the moment, it is a 1 Week of Paternity Leave. By Jan 2017, it will be increased to 2 weeks.
